Start with a Free Assessment
At The Studio, your membership isn't a gym key — it's enrollment in a system. Every tier includes an initial baseline assessment, access to the training app where your program lives, and a coach who reviews your logged data each week. The difference between tiers is how many times per week you train with us and how much direct 1-on-1 coaching you receive. There are no enrollment fees, no auto-renewing annual traps, and no guest fees for the first 30 days. Cancel with 30 days' written notice at any time. We'd rather earn your renewal through results than lock you into a contract.

All programs are delivered through our training app. Log sets, weights, and RPE ratings in real time. Your coach reviews the data weekly and adjusts the next block accordingly.
Dedicated open-gym hours are available to all members. Book your slot up to 7 days out. The floor is never over-capacity during open blocks — we enforce a hard booking limit.
Programs are periodized and updated every 12 weeks based on your logged results. You're never left guessing what to do next — the next cycle is ready before the current one ends.

No. The price you see is the price you pay from month one. There are no enrollment fees, no towel fees, no locker fees. The baseline assessment is included in your first month at no extra charge.
Send a written cancellation notice to info@surgeyard.cc at least 30 days before your next billing date. We don't require phone calls, in-person visits, or manager signatures. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated credits are applied automatically.
We offer a 2-week trial for $49 that includes two coached classes and one open-gym session. Single-day drop-ins are $25. We don't offer unlimited drop-ins because the programming is designed for members in a full training cycle.
Your coach will build a modified program for travel weeks using bodyweight or minimal-equipment movements. For injuries, we work with your physical therapist's clearance notes to adapt load and range of motion until you're back to full training.
