Classes built around what works, not what's trending

Every class at The Studio is coach-led, capped at 10 members, and connected to your individual 12-week program — not a standalone workout you'll forget by Thursday.

Programming logic behind every class format

The Studio runs four class formats, each designed to fill a specific role in a well-rounded training cycle. The formats aren't named after trends — they're named after what they train. Strength classes prioritize progressive overload on compound lifts with structured rest intervals. Conditioning classes use timed intervals on rowers, bikes, and sleds to build aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Mobility classes address the joint ranges and tissue quality that keep you training consistently for years. And Hybrid sessions combine a strength block with a conditioning finisher for members who can only train twice a week but want broad fitness coverage. Your 12-week program specifies which class types to attend each week — your coach builds the combination based on your goals and current adaptation status.

The four class formats

Strength

60-minute sessions focused on squat, hinge, push, and pull patterns with linear or undulating periodization. Rest intervals are programmed, not freeform. Every set and weight is logged in your app before you leave the floor.

Conditioning

45-minute sessions structured around heart-rate zones and work-to-rest ratios. Assault bikes, Concept2 rowers, and sleds form the primary equipment. Intensity targets are set by your coach based on your current aerobic baseline.

Mobility

45-minute sessions covering joint capsule work, loaded stretching, and controlled articular rotations. Designed as a recovery and longevity tool, not a warm-up. Attendance is logged and correlated with injury frequency in your training record.

Hybrid

75-minute sessions that combine a 40-minute strength block with a 25-minute conditioning finisher. Ideal for members training twice per week who need maximum training density within minimum time commitment.

Class performance benchmarks

10

Maximum members per coached class — this number has never been exceeded since opening.

48

Class slots per week across all four formats, covering 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM on weekdays.

4

Distinct class formats, each mapped to a specific physiological adaptation target.

“I've done CrossFit, Orange Theory, and a couple of HIIT studios in San Antonio. The difference at The Studio is that my Wednesday Strength class and my Friday Conditioning class are not random. My coach sent me the 12-week block before week one with a note on why each session is scheduled where it is. That level of intentionality is something I've never experienced anywhere else, and it shows in my results.”

Class format questions

How do I know which classes to attend?

Your 12-week program specifies class types per week. For example, week 4 might call for two Strength sessions, one Conditioning, and one Mobility. Your coach maps this to available time slots when the program is delivered.

Can I attend any class format I want, outside my program?

Yes, provided space is available. Foundation members have standard booking windows; Performance and Coached members have priority access. Attending outside your program is fine — your coach just notes it when reviewing your weekly log.

Are classes appropriate for beginners?

Yes. Your baseline assessment informs your starting loads and movement progressions. Coaches use individualized scaling — a beginner and an experienced lifter in the same Strength class are often doing different weights and sometimes different rep schemes.

How far in advance can I book a class?

Up to 7 days in advance through the training app. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class time; late cancellations or no-shows in a given month reduce your next booking window by 24 hours.

Ready to train with a program behind every session?

Book a baseline assessment and your coach will design your first class schedule before your first day on the floor.
