The Studio doesn't run high-pressure enrollment sessions. If you're curious about whether the methodology fits your schedule, your goals, or your current fitness level, the best first step is a conversation — not a commitment. If you want to see the gym before making any decision, ask about a 30-minute facility tour — we run them Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM with no appointment needed. Bring your training questions; our coaches will give you real, specific answers.

4812 Broadway St, San Antonio, TX 78209. We're on the north end of Broadway in Alamo Heights, with a private parking lot behind the building. Street parking is also available on Morningside Drive.

Staffed Hours

Monday–Friday 5:30 AM–9:00 PM. Saturday 7:00 AM–2:00 PM. Sunday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. A coach or front-desk staff member is on-site any time the gym is open.

Common questions before your first visit

Do I need to book a visit, or can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome during all staffed hours. If you want a structured facility tour with a coach, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM are the designated tour slots — no booking needed, just show up.

What should I bring to my baseline assessment?

Athletic shoes with a flat sole (cross-trainers or lifting shoes, not running shoes), comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. Your coach will provide all assessment forms digitally. The session takes approximately 60 minutes.

Is there parking at The Studio?

Yes — a private lot behind the building on Morningside Drive has 14 spaces. During peak morning hours (6:00–7:30 AM), street parking on Broadway is available as overflow and is free before 8:00 AM.

How quickly can I start after signing up?

Most new members complete their baseline assessment within 3–5 days of signing up and begin their first class in the same week. If you need to start sooner, message us directly and we'll find a same-week assessment slot.
