Baseline Assessment
Every new member completes a 60-minute movement and strength assessment before joining any class or open-gym session. This isn't a sales call — it's data collection that shapes every recommendation your coach makes from day one.

Most gyms sell access. The Studio sells a process. From your first session, you work within a structured system: a baseline assessment, a written 12-week program, and weekly progress benchmarks your coach reviews with you. The space itself reinforces focus — forest-green accent walls against cream-painted exposed concrete, natural light from north-facing windows, and equipment arranged by training modality rather than by brand. There are no mirrors on the strength floor by design; the data on your training log is what tells you whether you're moving forward. Whether you're rebuilding after an injury, chasing a powerlifting total, or just trying to add ten pounds of muscle in three months, the methodology stays the same: measure, adjust, repeat.

Each member receives a periodized, written program updated every 12 weeks based on logged performance data. Programs are emailed as PDFs and loaded into your training app before each cycle begins.
Group classes are capped at 10 members per coach. This isn't a spin class with 40 people and one mic. Every coach can see every member, correct every rep, and track every set.
Rogue racks, Eleiko barbells, Concept2 rowers, and Assault Air bikes. The equipment list is deliberate — chosen for durability, accuracy, and the ability to load progressively across months and years.
Classes run from 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM on weekdays. Open-gym blocks are available to all membership tiers. Book your slot through the app up to 7 days in advance.
“I'd trained at four different gyms in San Antonio over eight years and never once had a coach sit down with me and actually look at my numbers. At The Studio, my coach noticed my squat was stalling because my deadlift was disproportionately weak, and we fixed it. Six months later I hit a 315 back squat for the first time. That conversation changed my entire training.”

year The Studio opened — six years of refining the same results-first methodology.
San Antonio has always been a city that works hard and trains hard. The Studio was built with that ethos in mind — not as a luxury wellness retreat, but as a functional training facility where progress is the only metric that matters. The design language reflects that: the forest-cream palette of deep green and natural off-white keeps the space calm and focused rather than loud and stimulating. You'll notice the absence of club music, the absence of TVs on every wall, the absence of motivational posters. What you will notice is the whiteboard where last month's class performance averages are posted, the equipment logbooks on each rack, and the coaches who remember your numbers without looking them up.
